How much does Rentra cost?
Pricing is on request. Tell us how many places you run and how you work, and we will come back with a flat monthly price. No per-room fees and no commission on your bookings.
Is it for Airbnb hosts or guesthouses?
Both. Rentra handles any short-to-medium term rental. It doesn't care which channel the booking came from: Airbnb, Booking.com, or direct.
Can cleaning staff access it without seeing everything?
Yes. You assign team members to specific rooms. Cleaning staff see their cleaning queue, not payments, guest contact details, or anything else.
What if I cancel? Do I lose my data?
If you cancel, your account goes read-only for 30 days so you can export everything. After 30 days your data is deleted. Email us at hello@rentra-app.com if you need more time or want immediate deletion.
How long does setup take?
Most hosts have their first property, rooms, and a test reservation in under 10 minutes. Add your rooms and start; there's no migration wizard or long onboarding.
