Frequently asked questions

How do I add a property?

Go to Settings in the sidebar, click Properties, then click Add property. Fill in the name, address, and room configuration. You can add multiple properties on any plan.

Can I manage multiple properties?

Yes. The free Starter plan supports 1 property, up to 3 rooms. The Pro plan is unlimited.

How does conflict detection work?

Rentra automatically checks for overlapping reservations when you create or edit a booking. If a conflict exists, you will see an alert before saving.

How do I invite a team member?

Open Settings, go to Team, and enter their email address. They will receive an invitation to join your workspace.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings, then Billing, and click Cancel plan. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Your data is deleted 30 days after account closure.

Can I export my data?

Yes. You can export reservations and property data as CSV from the Reports section. For a full data export or deletion request, email us.

Is my guest data secure?

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We do not share guest data with third parties outside of the sub-processors needed to operate the platform.

I forgot my password. What do I do?

Click Forgot password on the login page. You will receive a reset link by email within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it does not arrive.

Under GDPR and applicable law, you can request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data. Send your request to hello@rentra-app.com with the subject line “Data request”. We will respond within 30 days.
